I’ve been spending much of my time editing The Sorceress of Truth, and I’m sure you don’t want to hear about how many coats of paint I have managed in the porch, so I thought I would share an exciting event that I have coming up.
On Saturday 27th July I will be going to the UK Indie Lit Fest, held in Bradford at the Kala Sangam Arts Centre. It’s a free event and the attending authors have just been announced. All you have to do is register for your free ticket, this is just to monitor the numbers attending.
The festival is a non-profit community interest company that is in its 4th year. The sole purpose is to promote indie authors, smaller publishing houses and allow writers to reach new readers.
As well as attending authors selling signed copies of their books, there will be live readings, workshops, Q+A panels and publishing houses in attendance, and so much more…
If you are a lover of Indie, or you just want a great family day out, why not come along and join the fun?
While I won’t be there as an attending author (maybe next year!) I am going to be part of the #indiearmy, the task force behind making sure everything runs smoothly.
You can find out more about the event from the website and other social media links…
I hope to see you there!
